Booking Enquiries

Once Villa Anisa has received an enquiry, we will contact you with confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the amount of deposit required (50% of total rental value).

Confirmed Reservation

On confirmation of the booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental value to be paid. The remaining 50% of the rental value is required to be paid in full 7 days before the booking date.

Changes to Bookings

Any request to change the booking must be informed through written notification.
Villa Anisa will endeavor to accommodate booking changes but this will only occur subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Villa Anisa requires that all cancellations are notified through written notification (Fax or Email). Upon cancellation, a minimum of one month notice is required before the booked arrival date to allow any deposits paid to be refunded. Cancellations made less than one month prior to the arrival date will not be refunded and all money paid as deposit will be forfeited. Final payments are non-refundable.

  • Check in : 2 PM onwards
  • Check out : 12 PM
  • Late check - out is on request basis and subject to availability.
  • A half - day room charge is applicable for late check - out until 6 PM
  • Rooms occupied beyond 6 PM are charged at a full - day rate.

Terms and Conditions


The Owner does not accept any responsibility or liability for:

  • Any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by the Guest, their party or visitors.
  • Any delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, strike, demonstration, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, or any technical, structural, electrical, plumbing or other problems or difficulties with the Property which make it unsafe or unusable, or any other circumstances which amount to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God, or other events beyond the Owner’s control.
